Who is this conference designed for?
The AOS Conference is built for oral & maxillofacial
surgeons, orthodontists, dentists, sleep medicine physicians,
myofunctional therapists, and members of the general public
with a serious interest in airway health, facial form, and
the future of functional medicine.
If you treat faces or airways — or are personally invested
in optimizing your own health — this event is for you.
How many CDE credits will I earn?
Attendees will receive 12 hours of continuing dental
education (CDE) credits across the two-day event.
Detailed credit documentation will be provided to
all registered attendees.
Why is capacity limited to 400 attendees?
This is an intentionally intimate event. The 400-person
cap is designed to support direct access to faculty,
meaningful networking, and deeper clinical discussion.
Once tickets sell out, additional seats may not be available.
What's the difference between General Admission and VIP?
General Admission includes full conference access,
scheduled sessions, workshops, and the applicable
continuing education program.
VIP includes everything in General Admission plus
priority seating, additional networking opportunities,
faculty Q&A access, concierge support and other
benefits described with the VIP ticket.
A VIP guest pass may also be available as an add-on
during checkout.
Is this an annual event?
Yes. The 2027 conference is planned as the second annual
AOS COS Conference, continuing the discussion around custom
orthognathic surgery, airway diagnosis, facial form and
interdisciplinary care.

We recommend booking accommodations early because
availability may become limited as the conference approaches.

A dedicated student, resident and general-public pricing
tier is available at a reduced rate.
This gives early-career clinicians and other interested
attendees an opportunity to participate in the educational
